About the Author
Meera Haran Alva is a consultant psychologist and psychotherapist with 17 years of experience in Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore. She received her Master’s Degree specializing in Clinical Psychology from Delhi University, and postgraduate training in Family Therapy from the Institute of Psychiatry, King’s College London. She has also received an additional postgraduate degree in the management of learning disabilities from the SNDT University, Mumbai. Meera has extensive experience working as a consultant with schools and has facilitated many training workshops in the area of mental health awareness and education.
